Nimbo Fork Lodge is in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, on the door step of the iconic Kosciuszko National Park and one of Australia’s well know food bowls the Riverina of NSW, Tumut lies in the picturesque Tumut Valley. The surrounding high country is spectacular and was the inspiration for Banjo Paterson’s “The Man from Snowy River”.

Nimbo Fork is located 20 kms from Gundagai and 20 kms from Tumut, on the Western slopes of the Brindabella Ranges and close to Kosciuszko National Park.
Road access to Nimbo Fork is via the Hume Highway (20 kms) or the Snowy Mountains Highway (15 kms) and should take no less than 4 hours to reach from Sydney.
The fastest way to Nimbo Fork would be via the daily air service from both Sydney and Melbourne into Wagga Wagga.
Qantas operates 4 flights daily to and from Sydney and Melbourne.
Regional Express operates 2 daily flights to and from Sydney, as well as 2 flights daily, to and from Melbourne.
All the major rental car companies have facilities at Wagga Wagga airport and reservations can be arranged for you. From there, it’s just a one hour drive to Nimbo Fork.
Road transfers to and from Wagga Wagga airport can also be arranged and additional cost.
In addition, charter flights from Sydney and Melbourne by fixed wing or helicopter, directly into the Tumut airfield can be organised upon request, as can coach transfers to and from Sydney for larger groups.
