All rates include three meal presentations per day. These include a full western breakfast; the option of picnic lunches to be enjoyed during a day's fishing expedition along the Tumut River, and a three-course dinner. From that favourite Grange or Chateaux Margaux, Nimbo Fork's fully stocked cellar of fine champagnes, wines and spirits will also satisfy the most diverse and discerning of palates.
